Daily Life Talks: Freedom and Agreements

In order to be free of or delivered from something that has you bound, you first have to break your agreement with it. Think of a contract. Once all parties involved sign the contract, they are bound to deliver what was contractually promised. If that doesn’t happen, there are consequences. Well, if you no longer agree with the terms and conditions, you have to break the agreement (the contract); and usually there is an exit clause.

Many things can bind us in life. But what I’ve learned is that this only happens when we agree to it. Now, there are illnesses that people battle and struggle with through no fault of their own. This is not meant to shame anyone in this position. That’s another topic for another day. What I’m talking about is the thing we suffer because we maintain our agreement with it.

If you no longer agree with it, break your agreement with it. If you want to be free and delivered from it, break your agreement with it!
