Vegan, No Sugar, Chocolate Chip Cookies

One thing many of us are trying to avoid is white refined sugar! You’ll be able to indulge guilt-free with these tasty chocolate chip cookies.

Ingredients:

No-sugar added chocolate chips (baking) (1 cup)

Your choice of flour (1 to 1.5 cups)

Fine salt (1/2 to 1 teaspoon)

RAW LOCAL honey (3/4 cup)

Your choice of vegan butter or shortening (1/2 cup)

Baking powder (1 teaspoon)

Directions:

Whip butter or shortening into honey to make a cream

Add baking powder, salt and continue to whip

Add flour and continue to whip

Add chocolate chips and manually fold into cookie dough

Add about 2 tablespoon size drop per 3-4 inches on cookie dough sheet

Bake at 285 or lower for 10-15 minutes
